SHIPPING, RETURNS AND ORDERING POLICY

SHIPPING ONLY TO U.S. CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME

U.S. orders are typically shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days from the date of processing. Please note that shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses may take longer.

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, delays or damages caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control. To minimize issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details to prevent misrouted or undelivered packages.

If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you. However, as lost packages are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping provider, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for missing items.

 

For orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at cs@myzennootropics.com. We may request photos of the damaged product along with its packaging to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Try My Zen Nootropics risk-free! If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us at cs@myzennootropics.com. We’ll gladly issue a refund within 45 days of receiving your first order.

To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend contacting us before sending anything back. This allows us to properly process your refund and avoid any delays. Returning items without prior communication may make it difficult to identify your order, leading to longer refund processing times—or even invalidating your refund altogether.

Please note: if items are shipped to the wrong address without first contacting us for accurate return details, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the My Zen Nootropics shipping box. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, you must email us the tracking information for your return shipment. Without it, if the return doesn’t reach our warehouse, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Our money-back guarantee applies only to subscription products and excludes one-time purchase items. Refunds will not be granted for products returned more than 45 days after your initial purchase—no exceptions. Please also note that we cannot accept returns of opened products after your first order.

RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at our discretion. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return to our warehouse. Additionally, please share the tracking information with us via email so we can monitor your return’s status. Without tracking, if the package fails to reach our warehouse, we will be unable to process a refund. Once we receive the unopened product, we will issue a refund for its purchase price.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

If a product is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility for reshipping it. However, we may issue a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs, provided it is returned in its original condition.

For shipments marked as Undelivered, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund of the products ordered.

Alternatively, we can reship the order upon receiving an additional shipping fee. Please note that this policy does not apply to packages that are refused upon delivery.

We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order includes any damaged items, please contact our customer support team at cs@myzennootropics.com. We will promptly investigate the issue, and upon confirmation, arrange a replacement for the affected product. Please note that replacements can only be processed once proof of the damage has been provided.

Requests for replacements or refunds will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

REFUSED PACKAGES

Should you choose to refuse a package, please be aware that a return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund, with the exact amount determined once the shipping carrier charges us. By refusing a package, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for covering this fee.

Additionally, refused shipments may occasionally be lost during the return process and fail to reach our warehouse. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund for the missing package. We strongly encourage you to consider this risk before refusing a shipment, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit after refusal.

To avoid these issues, we recommend accepting the package and contacting us directly to arrange a proper return. This ensures a smoother process and eliminates the risk of loss during transit.

ORDERING

Order Modifications

 If you need to modify an order, please email us immediately at cs@myzennootropics.com. Changes or cancellations can only be made if a packing slip has not yet been created for the order. Unfortunately, once the packing slip is generated, we are unable to make any adjustments.

Duplicate Orders

 My Zen Nootropics is not responsible for duplicate orders placed online. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that multiple orders are not accidentally submitted. In the event of a duplicate order, our standard Return Policy guidelines will apply.

Cancellation Policy

 Subscription cancellations can only be requested after a 20-day period from the date of your initial order. This policy ensures customers have adequate time to receive and try our product. After 20 days, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website and following the cancellation steps. Once canceled, no additional fees will be charged, and shipments will cease.

If you have questions or need assistance with cancellation, our customer support team is here to help. By placing an order and subscribing, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Same-Day Cancellations

 If you request to cancel your subscription on the same day as your Starter Kit purchase, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and the associated order.

Annual Plans

 All annual plan sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. Our systems are designed for efficient order processing, so once an order is initiated, subsequent shipments cannot be stopped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Free Monthly Gifts

 If a free gift is missing from your order, we will include it with your next subscription shipment. Free gifts are only sent as part of subscription orders and cannot be shipped separately.
