How do I update my subscription on your website?
You can update your delivery frequency, change products, or update your shipping address directly in the Portal. You can access your portal by signing into your account here. If you have not created an account, please first create one with the email address you used to purchase make your first purchase.
How do I stop the shipment on my most recent subscription order?
Your order may already be on its way as we usually process all orders for shipping the same day. Chat with us to check if we can intercept it before it ships. If we’re not able to, once it arrives, we’ll provide a free return shipping label so you can send it back. You’ll receive a full refund once the return is processed.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item to Zen Nootropics, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item to request a return shipping label. You can review our full return policy here. Let us know if you have any questions!
How do I sell your coffee as a vendor or wholesaler?
